The Opportunity: As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our swim lessons by managing and motivating a successful team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and reviewing class schedules, ensuring a school set up for success at every lesson, overseeing quality and success of daily operations, including staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, retail, vending department, private party operations, and workplace employee activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be able to swim and pass a basic swim test (50 yards) to earn your lifeguard CPR & AED certification. Additionally, you will need to obtain your Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. Schedule availability that includes some weekday evenings (until 8:30pm) and at least one weekend shift per workweek is required.
