Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our swim school, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Operational Oversight: Direct and control daily operations to ensure the school is running according to Goldfish Swim School standard operating procedures.
- Staff Management: Manage the staff of GSS to ensure high productivity, excellent performance, and positive employee satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Oversee training and development of the aquatics department to provide superior swim instruction in accordance with GSS standards.
- Safety and Emergency Preparedness: Direct, train, maintain, and oversee the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and all safety procedures that pertain to the GSS facility and EAP.
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, and/or childcare provider required.
- Two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.
- Certified Pool Operator and Lifeguard Instructor certifications required.
