They are the ones who show our families why they should choose Goldfish Swim School week after week, making learning (and work) FUNAs an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our swim lessons by managing and motivating a successful team, coordinating and reviewing class schedules and ensuring you have a school that’s set up for success at every lesson. You’ll guide new team members and families through their first days at Goldfish and be there to support them as they progress in our program and in life. O-fish-ial Summary : Oversees the quality and success of Goldfish Swim School daily operations including staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, retail and vending department, private party operations and workplace employee activities. Everyone in our building is lifeguard CPR & Aed certified, so you must be able to swim , passing a basic swim test (50 yards) to earn your certification. All management team members will also obtain their Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certificationYou will direct and oversee the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and all safety procedures for the schoolWe require schedule availability that includes some weekday evenings (until 8 : 30pm) and at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) shift per workweek and the ability to work the same scheduled days every week (Ex. every Monday from 8 : 30-4 : 30)We are a culture-driven company who practices our core values as much as we practice our swim skills.
