FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Duties and Responsibilities :
Education / Experience : High school diploma or GED is preferred, or currently in High School. Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor / coach, camp counselor swim instructor and / or childcare provider preferred.
Certificates and Licenses : Lifeguard, CPR / AED and First Aid certification required. Paid training for those not certified is provided.
Work Environment : While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate.
Must be at least 15 years old to apply.
Compensation : $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School location.
