Summary: Acts as the main point of contact for multi-unit Goldfish Swim School locations. Trains and oversees the operational development within the schools. Becomes the liaison between the management team and the owners. Plans objectives for the locations to ensure compliance with financial goals, commitments and brand integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial, customer, safety, and staffing performance in the assigned region.
- Recruiting, training, developing the leadership team in each school as well as conducts regular performance appraisals
- Works with the financial accounting team to best understand the targets for the year relative to enrollment, revenue and expenses.
- Works with team to forecast results and potential problems; then helps to create a solution to any issue
- Collects and communicates quarterly bonus information for designated team members
- Coaches the teams at each school in the region what the priorities are in each month/quarter/year.
- Helps the team celebrate high performers
- Helps the team to identify low performers
- Works with upper management to decide compensation changes
- Resolves high level customer satisfaction issues or employee related complaints. Monitor customer complaints for trends or patterns.
- Works with the Sales/Marketing Director on marketing activities, policies, schedules and plans.
- Ensures all company standards, policies and procedures are followed.
- Interacts with staff and members. Regional Manager must be open to teaching swim lessons, working a front desk shift and be a hands on leader
- Brand ambassador for schools.

Schedule Expectations
- 830am-430pm or 9am-5pm every Monday
- Example AM shift: 830-430PM
- Example PM shift it is from 12-8/830PM
- Two morning and two afternoon shifts and one weekend
- Must be able to travel throughout region and work onsite
- Schools in region: Staten Island, Astoria, Flushing, UES ( subject to change)
Education/Experience: College degree in a business-related field is required. Two years previous customer service and/or administrative office experience required. Three years of management experience required. Previous Goldfish Swim School management preferred. High level computer skills required using; Word, Excel, and other software systems.
Certifications and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
