Key Responsibilities
As our General Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Directing and controlling daily operations to ensure our school runs per GSS standard operating procedures.
- Managing staff to achieve high productivity, excellent performance, and positive employee satisfaction.
- Training and overseeing aquatics department staff to provide superior swim instruction to students.
- Interacting with Deck Supervisors on issues related to class scheduling, student progress, customer service, and employee performance and training.
Requirements
- College Degree required, with a focus on business administration, communications, or a related field desired.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is ideal and will be required for the position.
- Problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter.
