POSITION SUMMARY:
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with extensive experience using Paylocity Software. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent for a dynamic law firm environment. The candidate should be proficient in leveraging Paylocity HRIS for seamless candidate tracking, employee onboarding, and maintaining compliance, completing payroll processes with relevant HR policies.

Requirements
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for law firm positions, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent from various channels, including legal job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit within the firm.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to determine hiring needs, job descriptions, and qualifications.
- Provide strategic guidance on recruitment processes to ensure efficient and timely hires.
HRIS Expertise (Paylocity)
- Process bi-weekly payroll for the firm and ensure all payroll reports are processed accurately.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Paylocity HRIS, ensuring the system is effectively utilized for applicant tracking, employee onboarding, payroll, and data management.
- Oversee data entry and updates in Paylocity related to recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, job postings, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
- Ensure smooth integration of candidate information into the HRIS for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking and ensure that hiring activities are documented in accordance with legal and firm policies.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for the firm and ensure all payroll reports are processed accurately.
Compliance & Legal Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of federal and state employment laws, focusing on law firm industry regulations.
- Ensure all recruiting processes comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other relevant labor laws.
- Support the firm's efforts to maintain affirmative action plans, diversity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and compliant transition from candidate selection to employment.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and legal teams to ensure the timely completion of all necessary paperwork, background checks, and legal documents.
- Facilitate the completion of new hire orientation and assist with ongoing employee relations.
Reporting & Metrics:
- Generate reports from Paylocity HRIS on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status.
- Provide recommendations to improve recruitment strategies based on data analysis.
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Work closely with HR, Legal, and administrative teams to ensure alignment in hiring strategies and HR processes.
- As needed, assist in other HR-related functions, such as performance management, employee relations, and retention efforts.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or HR (PHR/SPHR) certification required
- Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, with expertise in recruiting for law firms or similar professional services organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Paylocity HRIS, with a strong understanding of its recruitment and HR management modules.
