Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Organize and maintain office systems, files, and documents.
- Ensure proper inventory control of office supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication from customers, vendors, and staff.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and dispatches for field teams.
Customer Service:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

- Assist in processing service orders, contracts, and estimates for customers.
Billing and Financial Administration:
