Job Description
As a Print Equipment Operator - Label Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient printing and finishing of labels for our products.
- You will operate SCREEN Inkjet Printer, Mark Andy finishing unit, and other equipment to produce high-quality labels according to production requirements.
- Setup and calibration of printing equipment will be essential to ensure accurate and consistent output.
- Maintaining print quality throughout the production process and making adjustments as necessary will be critical to meeting quality standards.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance will be required to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinating with the production team to prioritize print jobs and meet deadlines will be a key responsibility.
- Maintaining inventory of label stock and other supplies, and reordering as needed, will be important.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times will be essential.
- Keeping accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels will be necessary.
Key Requirements
The following requirements are necessary for success in this role:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A basic understanding of computer software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
