GOLDLEAF Maryland is on the lookout for a meticulous and communicative individual to enhance our growing Annapolis cannabis dispensary. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for keeping our sales floor stocked and organized. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, handling stairs, and ensuring that all products and bins are maintained to the highest standards. Seeking Full-Time applicants with Open Availability.

Requirements:

• Open availability with no schedule restrictions, including the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or sales within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in high-volume sales settings.
• Experience working effectively with diverse personality types.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage proactively with both customers and staff.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and a team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for up to 8 hours.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, and crouch to access products.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently transport products from the vault to the sales floor, ensuring timely restocking.
• Identify and address areas for improvement to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate tracking.
• Keep the sales floor well-stocked with a diverse range of products, including maintaining a variety of strains and types in each bin.
• Regularly check and replenish daily deal bins throughout the day until products are sold out.
• Use the POS system, Dutchie, to manage inventory and communicate with Packaging Management regarding low or out-of-stock items.
• Support product audits as required to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
