JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Asset & Wealth Management Business Partners to advise global senior stakeholders on people and talent management strategies required to support and enable divisional business strategy.
- Facilitate and drive key annual processes including reporting and analytics on people-related metrics and trends, and organization reviews.
- Project manage people development processes and leadership presentations for the division.
- Help execute against all people development processes for the division including leadership pipeline, talent management, promotions, performance management, diversity, and year-end compensation.
- Partner with functional HCM colleagues to ensure effective delivery of recruiting, training, global mobility and employee relation issues.
