HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Provide application technical support in complex situations as well as partner with development teams for coordination of team / project work.
- Monitor real time transactional data from payment-critical applications through the Information Delivery architecture for exceptions.
- Provide incident management and problem management service for production-related incidents.
- Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with application development engineers, business users, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve elegant solutions.
