Incentives is a key sleeve forming part of the Resource Allocation pillar within Corporate Treasury. Working closely with the Treasurer and other members of senior management, Incentives have responsibility for pricing funding generated or utilized across the firm, in addition to helping with the assessment and strategic management of asset liability mismatch risk across the firm. Key aspects of the teams mandate include oversight of the firms Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework & designing incentives which support resource allocation decisions & funding plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Responsibilities May Include
- Setting FTP curves which support resource allocation decisions & funding plan
- FTP reporting and trend analysis
- Setting and maintaining FTP policy and operationalizing FTP policy changes
- Development of analytics to support tenor assumptions, curve setting & FTP policy
- Analysis and on-boarding of new business initiatives and products
- Interpretation and response to new regulations that impact the mandate and objectives of Corporate Treasury
- Creation of presentations for discussion with the Board of Directors, senior management, regulators and other key stakeholders
