Job Description

Job Duties: Multiple Positions Available.Associate, Billing - Invoicing, Fees & Commissions with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Enhance and improve processes to optimize business delivery by identifying control weaknesses, reviewing large data sets, trends, and drivers, developing a deeper understanding of the function. Maintain firm systems and complete documentation, validations, configurations, adjustments and reconciliations to ensure accurate collection and payment for commission, interest or fees on millions of trades a day. Identify, plan and execute projects to increase firm profitability and adhere to any new compliance guidance through monitoring new client, business and regulatory needs. Collecting, interpreting, and condensing large amount of complex data, and presenting meaningful actionable insights to senior level stakeholders. Support resourcing and global leadership in team development to enable the business in meeting growth and efficiency objectives and provide mentorship to junior employees. Maintain client relationship, including handling challenging timelines to meet client needs by partnering with various stakeholders, identifying unique solutions and creating a systematic approach to monitor key risks and performance measures.

Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Business Management, Management Information Systems, Finance or a related field with two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Business Management, Management Information Systems, Finance or a related field with four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related role . Prior experience must include two (2) years (with a Master’s) or four (4) years (with a Bachelor’s) with the following: working across functions, teams, regions and cultures to provide client support and implement new technological developments; identifying and improving process flaws by escalating risks, proposing solutions and executing project plans; interfacing with external clients and proposing data-driven solutions; and monitoring business performance and risk by creating key performance and risk metrics. Prior experience must include one (1) year with the following: utilizing operations tools and technologies specifically developed for Futures financial services operations; and working on Futures Listed Derivative products, including understanding regulatory and industry requirements for documentation and settlement of commissions.
