Responsibilities
- Managing support activities in various Trade booking platforms
- Working hands-on to investigate and resolve issues across systems
- Working with cross functional teams across regions to resolve production issues, troubleshooting problems, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring smooth operation of software and systems through maintenance and integrations
- Communicate closely with internal/ external stakeholders such as Deal Team, Operations desk, etc., during life cycle events
- Develop scripts to automate daily manual activities
- Be part of an enriching team and solve real Production engineering challenges.
- Be a bridge between Business and key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2.5 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient to advanced skills with a scripting language (Java, Python)
- Willingness to learn
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
