Join a behavioral health facility in southern WA , as a Director of Nursing and lead a high-performing behavioral health team dedicated to compassionate patient care . This community is located not far from Portland

Position Highlights :

  • Compensation : to $141,000 annually
  • Bonus : $30,000 commitment incentive bonus
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Work Setting : Inpatient behavioral health facility

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise nursing management and staff training
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care
  • Liaison between physicians, patients, and referral sources

    • Requirements :

  • BSN required, Master’s preferred
  • Active RN license in Washington
  • One year of behavioral health / psychiatric nursing leadership experience
