What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Community Manager position at GoldOller?
Assistant Community Managers are to support and work with the Community Manager to ensure the overall operational and financial success of the residential property and exceed the Company's Standard of Service as it relates to resident and customer satisfaction with focus on the leasing, marketing, and resident retention program.
On any given day you will:
- Provide superior customer service.
- Collect rent payments and past due balances from residents.
- Receive and process collections in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain all resident files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation.
- Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the Community Manager.
- Conduct resident move-out apartment inspections and complete deposit accountings with Community Managers approval.
- Maintain all account records and transactions including NSFs, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other management approved debits and credits.
- In Community Managers absence, aid in monitoring staff for the successful operation of the community.
- Being thoroughly familiar with the local area and the community and what it has to offer prospective residents.

These are the essential requirements:
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of RealPage products preferred, including OneSite.
- Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Have a complete understanding of Fair Housing and knowledge of other laws that apply to property management, such as Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Landlord Tenant Law, OSHA Standards, local and state building codes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of leasing consultant or customer service or related experience. Multifamily apartment housing experience, preferred.
- Able to work weekends.
- Able to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 20lbs.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
