Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Centralized Leasing Analyst to manage the approval process through the VERO and RealPage platform. This is a pivotal role where precision meets efficiency, and where your decision-making skills will directly impact the success of our properties. Key Responsibilities:
Application Decision Making: Make informed application decisions within a timeframe that meets or exceeds GoldOller’s best practices, ensuring the highest standards are consistently applied.
Asset Availability Management: Oversee the asset’s availability, including lease approvals, applicant denials, and cancellations, to maintain optimal occupancy and revenue.
Documentation: Ensure all required documentation is accurately uploaded to the leasing packet, maintaining integrity and compliance.
Communication: Relay all application decisions to the on-site team efficiently and professionally, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the success of the team.
KPI Maintenance: Maintain the applicant dashboard, providing clear visibility of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and accountability.
Analytics & Reporting: Deliver detailed analytics on a weekly basis, offering insights that will drive decisions and strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Precision is key. You must have an eagle eye for details to ensure every application and decision aligns with GoldOller’s standards.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights that will benefit the team and the organization.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear, concise, and professional interaction with on-site teams.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within strict deadlines, ensuring that all responsibilities are handled efficiently.
Experience: At minimum two years of proven experience in onsite property management. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, financial management, leasing and marketing, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Onesite-RealPage desired.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to multiple states as needed, up to 25% of the month.
