Job Summary:
GoldOller Real Estate Investments is looking for a Seasonal Leasing Consultant to support their team at Vesta Creeks Run Apartments until May. As a Seasonal Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in showcasing apartment homes, finalizing lease agreements, conducting background checks, and maximizing occupancy through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential residents through various communication channels.
- Showcase available apartment homes, address inquiries, and negotiate lease terms.
- Set clear expectations about security deposits, rent procedures, and included amenities.
- Process background checks, reference letters, and lease applications for prospective residents.
- Ensure the proper execution of all lease terms and take necessary actions with defaulting tenants.
- Utilize sales techniques to optimize property occupancy and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support community advertising initiatives and maintain online postings.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with residents, applicants, and external contacts.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in leasing consultant, customer service, or related positions.
- Previous experience in multifamily apartment housing preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
