- Salary Range : $26 - $28 hourly (DOE)
- Work Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday (9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm)
- Apartment Unit : This position comes with a comped apartment unit
- Non-Exempt
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for all operations of the apartment community, managing the community and operating budget to increase net operating income. The Community Manager will maintain the physical asset and ensure a quality living environment for residents while establishing a positive working relationship with community team members.
