Job Summary
">Maintenance Technician III Role Overview:">This position is responsible for ensuring the overall appearance and maintenance needs of the community are met. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager to assist with curb appeal, coordinate make-readies and move ins/move out schedules, perform general maintenance repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance.">
The goal is to provide a quality living experience for residents while working collaboratively with the leasing staff to achieve occupancy goals.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Curb Appeal and Property Appearance: Maintain the property's exterior and interior spaces, including flowerbeds, plants, grass areas, pool cleaning, and snow removal. ">
- Maintenance Support: Assist the Maintenance Manager in coordinating make-readies and move ins/move out schedules, perform general maintenance repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance. ">
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents, communicate effectively with management, co-workers, visitors, and residents. ">
- Supply Management: Maintain an up-to-date supply inventory on all equipment, tools, and supplies for the property. ">
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance expectations are met, report any potential liabilities or issues to the Maintenance Manager. ">
Requirements:

- Minimum Qualifications: 3 years' experience in maintenance or related industry, previous multifamily property experience is highly preferred. ">
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to read/speak/write English language proficiently. ">
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA, previous experience in work order management software, MS Office products, Excel, Word, and Outlook. ">
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, lift and/or move items over 60 pounds with assistance, specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. ">
