DB Ice Cream INC. is currently seeking top-notch Box truck Transportation Professionals; must have product delivery and some merchandising and customer service experience. Seeking hard working fast on your feet delivery staff in and around Concord,Charlotte/ and area. Join our Team of Field Operations Professionals driving and delivering miles of smiles. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position managing your route and your customers. Work in a FUN and very FAST paced environment with all expenses covered and beautiful trucks to drive! We are the INDUSTRY LEADER delivering store to store with the best-known ice cream brands in the world. Work hours start at 7 AM. A great company for a long term career too!

Required Qualifications:

***Delivery Experience to C-STORES OR SMALL RETAIL STORES, will consider other related retail experience

***MUST HAVE AN IPHONE w unlimited data

***Must have a clean driving record – NO fault accidents and no tickets/infractions, no reduced speeding tickets for at least 4-5 years. We will provide you w instructions on getting your record on-line

***PAID Training Usually takes 1-3 days of training – 100.00 paid per training day

***Starting Pay is 18.00/HR plus bonus opportunity

****Once you are fully trained, delivering, and performing at peer level you will be offered the choice of staying at the hourly rate OR convert to commission which pays 800-1200 per week! Yes REALLY! Choice is yours.

Vehicles, Fuel and maintenance are 100% provided.

Duties:

~Execute all route operational activities and deliveries
~Load orders on and off the truck
~Service all stores scheduled each week by greeting store management, rotate inventory, fill freezers, report issues, collect payments (non-charge accounts) and store signatures on the handheld printer (All technology will be trained)
~Complete product inventory weekly

A Specific route will be assigned in or around Charlotte once training is completed

Job Type: Full-time Independent Contractor 1099

Pay: $18.00 per hour then we will offer 800-1200 weekly commission once up to peer performance - (You do NOT sell anything - just paid a percentage of everything you deliver over 2 weeks) Hour OR Commission is y our choice

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
