What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outbound Sales Rep (Cold Calling) position at Goldstar Products, Inc.?
We’re currently seeking experienced CLOSERS for our sales team. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients by cold calling to open up accounts. We will provide you with all leads, the proper training and necessary tools to successfully perform the role. Our industry is janitorial supplies, and our customers are local governments. NOTE: We work Pacific Time Zone hours, so you must be located in either the Pacific Time Zone or Mountain Time Zone in the USA.
Five or more years of experience in phone sales or as a sales representative is required.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling company-provided leads
- Overcome concerns and challenges to close the deal
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and preferences
- Use our CRM Program to track and monitor leads, proposals, and sales goals
Minimum Requirements:
- B2B outbound sales experience
- Experience in janitorial chemical sales is welcomed, but not necessary if willing to learn
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities

Compensation:
- $600 base pay vs. 23% commission uncapped
Schedule:
- Mon-Thurs: 8am-4pm Pacific Time (with lunch 12pm-1pm) and Friday: 8am-1pm Pacific Time (with break from 10:15am to 10:45am)
