This position is for an entry level Highway Clean Up Crew Lead who has a strong work ethic and a positive, team centered attitude. Additionally, it is important that you are willing to assist where you are needed, willing to learn new techniques, and to be committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Since you will be working outdoors and interacting with our clients, enjoying people and nature is also crucial. A company vehicle will be provided while you're on the job but you will need to consider your transportation to and from work before applying. You will be required to make it to the equipment yard. If it is your goal to work for a company that cares about you and your development in the industry, this is for you. You will be required to provide a resume with a minimum of two (2) work reference

Requirements:

• Must gave a Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be capable of performing manual labor daily.

· You should be able to lift up to 80 pounds, bend, kneel, dig, reach, walk, and stand without difficulty.

. Must be able to communicate in English.

. Must be able to follow directions with a keen attention to detail.

. Crew Lead experience is required.

· Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

· Must be able to move and clean up highways and bags while they are being drop

· Ability to follow oral and written directions.

. Must be able to read maps.

· Must have reliable transportation to the meeting site.

· Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, a good record, and the ability to be insured.

· Must be willing to undergo a background check and pass pre-employment drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
