The GoldStar Trust Company (GTC) Paying Agent Specialist is responsible for all GTC deposits and distribution transactions timeliness and accuracy. This is an entry-level role that offers hands-on experience to develop new skills, and grow within the GoldStar Trust.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs data entry for all inbound and outbound transactions via check, ach, and wire.
2. Ensures accurate information is entered in operating system regarding the administration of paying agent accounts.
3. Reviews assigned reports to identify and resolve issues.
4. Reads and interprets legal contracts.
5. Communicates regularly with external business entity personnel.
6. Researches and resolves internal and external inquiries related to paying agent services.
7. Sets up new accounts as received or needed.
8. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
9. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
10. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
