GSM was founded in 2022 by Charles Goldstuck, and currently has offices in West Palm Beach, FL, New York, NY and Lake Nona, FL (Orlando). Our funds are expected to deploy a total of $750 million through the first fund cycle. We have an experienced team comprised of industry professionals who are deeply rooted in the music ecosystem.
OPPORTUNITY
The Personal Assistant works in the West Palm Beach office and reports to the Managing Partner, Charles Goldstuck. The Personal Assistant will use independent judgement and knowledge of executive support to plan, prioritize, and organize a broad-based workload.

- Position: Personal Assistant
- Location: West Palm Beach, FL
The Personal Assistant works in the West Palm Beach office and reports to the Managing Partner, Charles Goldstuck. The Personal Assistant will use independent judgement and knowledge of executive support to plan, prioritize, and organize a broad-based workload.
The Personal Assistant Responsibilities Include
- Provide overall administrative support for a high-level executive including but not limited to phone support, maintaining busy calendar and day-to-day meetings
- Interact with a wide variety of external business contacts on behalf of the executive
- Manage travel and entertainment arrangements (flight, hotel, car, business meetings and business entertainment) and related expense management
- Seamlessly coordinate/confirm all calendar matters, including internal and external meetings
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports and other documents
- Act as the lead on special request and projects, company matters, and event planning
- Manage the daily operations of the West Palm Beach office to maintain a high functioning office
- Liaising with employees, vendors, and partners in implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Maintaining proper office supply levels and maintenance on equipment
Ideal qualifications include:
- 2 - 4 years’ experience providing administrative support
- High level of demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness is a necessity
- Understand and intuitively anticipate needs and demands for this key executive support role
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines in a calm manner
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Ability to function in a demanding environment with competing and changing priorities
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced computer skills in MAC and Microsoft Office products
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Experience in the music/entertainment industry as an executive assistant is helpful
- Some travel is required
