**We are looking for Experienced Detailers only!**
Responsibilities:
- Perform meticulous interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, shampooing, and conditioning upholstery, as well as washing, waxing, and polishing exteriors to a pristine shine.
- Utilize specialized tools, equipment, and products to ensure a thorough and flawless detailing job.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections, such as scratches, dents, or stains, and employ appropriate techniques for their removal or improvement.
- Apply paint protection, fabric guard, and other protective coatings as required.
- Clean and sanitize all touchpoints, paying extra attention to high-traffic areas, to ensure vehicles meet our stringent hygiene standards.
- Complete vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or cosmetic issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized detailing area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure detailed vehicles are ready for display and test drives, creating a positive first impression for our customers.
- Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive detailer, preferably in a dealership or high-end automotive environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques specific to automotive detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently to deliver outstanding results.
- Strong physical stamina, as detailing vehicles requires bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, sales staff, and customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the quality and excellence associated with our dealership.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
