What are the responsibilities and job description for the ESTATE LAW PARALEGAL position at GOLDSTEIN LAW GROUP LLC?
We are looking for a paralegal or legal assistant with a minimum of five years of experience in estate litigation, administration, and planning (e.g.- preparation and execution of Wills, POA's, Health Care Directives, HIPPA auth, Living Wills, RLT's, etc.)
The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing estate accountings, refunding bonds and releases, waivers and consents to accounting, etc. The candidate should also be familiar with estate litigation (will contests, disputed accountings, etc.), court filing procedures (JEDS, e-courts), notary preferred or can obtain; You MUST be a team player while at the same time, be able to work autonomously.
Our main office is located in Brielle, NJ (Monmouth County) and we maintain a second, full time satellite office in Metuchen, NJ (Middlesex County). The position will commence as full time in-office but may then progress to hybrid, with one day working remote, after we've seen demonstrated skills and familiarity with the firm's procedures, etc.
We are a boutique law firm with seven attorneys and corresponding support staff. The salary for this position is commensurate with your experience. We also offer subsidized heath / dental insurance and participation in the firm's 401K, as well as paid holidays and vacation.
