Seeking 1st to 3rd year associate attorney looking to join a meritocratic restructuring, finance & corporate law firm with 10 offices across the country, comprised of top professionals with decades of experience at some of the nation’s most prestigious law firms. MUST CURRENTLY BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN FEDERAL COURT IN DELAWARE. Bankruptcy experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
