Job Description
As the newest member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation for scalable data reporting and infrastructure. Partnering closely with the CEO and key stakeholders, you'll take ownership of robust ETL / ELT pipelines, managing the entire process from data validation to the delivery of actionable insights. With 5 years of data engineering experience and proficiency in modern ETL / ELT stacks, you excel at translating business needs into impactful solutions. You thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where initiative and analytical expertise are highly valued. Spend your days :
- Building and managing robust ETL / ELT pipelines using Fivetran, DBT, and Snowflake, ensuring data quality, security, integrity, and scalable reporting
- Developing and optimizing data models and analytical reports - bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create data pipelines that align with BI needs - you will own the pipeline and data validation
- Designing and developing SQL-based solutions, leveraging DBT to transform data and optimize the data warehouse
- Building the reporting infrastructure from ambiguous requirements and delivering data-driven solutions
- Continuously improving customer experience and providing technical leadership
- Evangelizing best practices and technologies, being mindful of quality in all you do!
