Host/Server Assistant

Goldwing is hiring for a host and a Server Assistant! Goldwing is a new, upscale cocktail lounge on the corner of Scott's Addition, open Wednesday-Sunday. With the volume of guests increasing we are looking to add a few members of support staff to our team!

Previous hosting experience is a huge plus, experience using Toast Tables or Resy system is even greater. That being said, of course we'll train the right person. The primary requirements for either position are a friendly, welcoming demeanor and personality, a willingness and enthusiasm to learn and receive direction, and a very team-oriented attitude.

The Server Assistant position covers multiple roles, including bussing, running drinks and food, barbacking- really just being helpful anywhere that's needed.

Ideally, we will hire on one more host and one Server Assistant and both will be cross trained to cover either position. Goldwing is a small bar with a small staff, so it is vital to us that everyone is flexible and dependable.

This can be a full time position or a part time position, but we do require Friday/Saturday availability from all employees. Hours are roughly 4:30pm-10:30pm, pay is a base rate of $12 plus a tip share, with a minimum guarantee of $16 per hour in case of a slow night. All employees must be 21 .
