Serving as a group lead for approx. 15 students in grades Kdg-6th to support and facilitate after school engagement (HW support, Enrichment, playground games, arts & crafts, social-emotional learning, and sports) at one of nine GUSD elementary schools.
- Positions are for the 2024-25 school year and will continue to 2025-26 school year.
- Positions begin March 31 (or flexible start possible w/approval)
- Shifts begin at 1:15p/2:30p. Typical shifts are 3-4 hrs/day.
- Positions are for 5 days (preferred) or 4 days a week
Weekly interviews March/April.
Summary
As an After School Care Group Leader for GUSD Elementary, you will be instrumental in fostering a safe and engaging environment for children. Reporting to the program site coordinator, your core and/or developing skills in childcare and experience with children will be essential in supervising activities and ensuring their well-being.
