We are seeking a part time and a full time Paint Line Operator to support our operations at our Golf Ball Manufacturing plant in Loudonville, Ohio we can negotiate a wage between $17.00-$18.00 per hour.
This family business has been printing custom golf balls since the 1980's and we are the world's largest mini golf supplier! We sell Top-Tier Quality golf balls with a huge variety of custom (100% print coverage) on our one-of-a kind golf balls.
PAINT LINE OPERATOR Job Overview
Golf Ball Manufacturers (GBM) in Loudonville is seeking a few dedicated and skilled Paint Line Operators to join our Golf Ball manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assembly line machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate components as needed for assembly, adhering to quality standards.
- Assemble products using hand tools and power tools while following safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in training new employees on assembly line processes and equipment operation.
Skills
- Proficient in operating various hand tools and power tools commonly used in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Experience working in a warehouse or factory setting is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines consistently.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in an assembly line environment is a plus.
