Job Title: Golf Ball Oxidation Operator
Job Summary:
The Golf Ball Oxidation Operator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the oxidation process used in the manufacturing of refurbished golf balls. This role focuses on ensuring that the oxidation treatment improves the performance, durability, and quality of golf balls, meeting industry standards and customer expectations. The specialist will work closely with production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management:
- Oversee the golf ball oxidation process to ensure consistency and quality in the final product.
- Ensure that the oxidation process is applied correctly to enhance golf ball characteristics like durability, distance, and feel.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure the oxidation process is integrated smoothly into the overall manufacturing pipeline.
- Quality Control:
- Perform inspections of golf balls throughout the oxidation process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report oxidation/production process results.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all oxidation processes comply with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of oxidation process settings, test results, and quality control data.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of oxidation projects, issues, and improvements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and help implement best practices across the production process.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: Machine operating, slight mechanical knowledge.
- Will train the right person!

- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Mechanical knowledge of pumps.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Willing to work Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

- Full-time, on-site role. 90 day performance review and yearly raises!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
