IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal candidate will understand a team approach and have a passion for service and the game of golf. The candidate should have successful experience in daily operations including but not limited to customer service, tournament and tee sheet management, pace of play, retail sales, merchandising, instruction and club fitting. The ability to communicate effectively with all Club staff is a required skill.
Experience Required
- Class A is preferred but will consider others with high-end club experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal / relationship skills
- Proficient in Microsoft & Golf Genius. Club Essentials is a plus
- Instructor to players of all levels. Trackman / Flightscope experience is helpful
- Playing ability is a plus
- Private country club experience preferred
