Locker Room Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. This role is crucial in providing an exceptional experience for our guests, contributing to the overall satisfaction and comfort of their stay. The attendant will get hourly rate plus tips.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all amenities are replenished and in good condition for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
