What you’ll do
- Absorb as much information, and build a holistic understanding of how this company runs
- Oversee and add value to the day to day work within all departments via a ton of meetings and action items
- Work with the CEO to understand goals and critical achievements
- Organize and present reports to the CEO to incite efficient collaboration and account for progress.
- Be in the room for important strategic conversations to meet the overall company goals
- Work the same hours as the executive team
