Job Summary
The Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities and equipment. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a safe and functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and electrical systems, residential painting, and landscape maintenance practices, along with effective leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance, including the ability to trench and make water line repairs.
- Perform and complete maintenance rickets, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Execute maintenance tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficient in plumbing and electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with lawn maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail with solid maintenance experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
