About Golf Lounge 18:

Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests. You’ll help create an enjoyable and memorable experience by assisting with golf tech, food and beverage service, event setup, and guest relations.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out
- Help players navigate TrackMan golf simulators
- Assist with setting up rounds and private events
- Take and serve food and drink orders
- Answer phones and assist with bay reservations
- Build relationships with guests and ensure everyone’s having a great time
- Follow operational procedures and support the facility team
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, bartending, or golf-related roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable with learning new technology (TrackMan experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is a plus
- A passion for golf or interest in learning is strongly preferred
