Golf Lounge 18 in South Windsor, CT is seeking a friendly and energetic Host to join our team. As a host, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

---Responsibilities---

- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them in a timely fashion

- Manage reservations and ensure accurate seating arrangements

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area

- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

- Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries

- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management

---Qualifications---

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
