Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident, self-starter to join our team as an Assistant General Manager (Sales). This role is responsible for the growth, experience, and reach of the Ranch Pass membership. - Lead efforts and success of our Ranch Pass Subscription program.
- Increase both sales and retention of Ranch Pass Subscriptions.
- Standard Setter:
- Lead by example in all customer interactions.
- Drive expectations and standards for the team with a customer focused approach.
- Brand Champion:
- Embody the vision and brand values.
- Educate customers and employees about Golf Ranch and Golf Lite.
- People Builder:
- Lead and mentor on site Sales and Service team.
