Position Summary
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a scalable local marketing playbook across all Golf Ranch locations. This role will provide training, resources and support to site-level teams to ensure consistent execution. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer who excels at building relationships and coaching teams towards performance-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Own the Local Marketing Playbook
- Develop repeatable, scalable strategies for local lead gen.
- Create simple execution guides, scripts, and templates for site teams.
- Standardize partnership outreach, community events, referral programs, and social media engagement.
- Continually refine strategies based on what’s working at top-performing sites.
New Site Openings & Brand Activations
- Develop and execute launch marketing plans for new locations to drive maximum awareness, foot traffic, and memberships from day one.
- Create a 60-day pre- and post-opening marketing strategy that includes digital, community, and event activations.
- Work with local influencers, press, and partners to generate buzz around new locations.
- Organize grand opening events, VIP preview nights, and community kick-offs to establish a strong local presence.
- Ensure new sites have the right marketing assets, referral programs, and team training in place.
- Track and measure launch performance metrics (leads, visits, memberships).
Train & Support Site-Level Teams
- Ensure GMs and staff know how to execute local marketing plays.
- Run monthly training sessions for GMs on local marketing strategies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support for lead generation efforts.
Drive Local Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Identify strategic local partners (gyms, schools, realtors, concierge services).
- Develop co-branded promotions with local businesses.
- Help sites organize fundraisers, business networking events, and social leagues.
- Launch local influencer and ambassador programs to drive word-of-mouth.
Track & Report Performance
- Develop a local marketing scorecard to track execution and lead gen success at each site.
- Track new leads, referral conversions, event attendance, and partnership performance.
- Provide insights on which local marketing strategies work best.
- Adjust playbook strategies based on real-time data.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years in membership-based businesses with a strong focus on marketing and/or community outreach
- Proven leadership experience in a high-growth, high-performance environment.
- Strong ability to train and influence remote teams
- Passion for golf, community-building, and customer service is required
