Position Summary
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for driving site performance through sales, guest experience, and operational excellence while fostering a high-performing, culture-driven team. This role requires an exceptional leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, builds strong teams, and consistently raises the bar.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own membership sales and revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth in Ranch Pass sign-ups and guest spend.
- Drive team execution of sales playbooks, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize revenue.
- Foster a sales-driven culture where every team member understands their role in growing the business.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure seamless, high-quality experiences for Ranch Pass members and guests.
- Implement and uphold Golf Ranch’s customer service standards.
- Actively engage with guests and members to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure site operations are frictionless, from check-ins to service flow, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies Golf Ranch’s core values.
- Hold team members accountable for performance, coaching and mentoring them to excel.
- Lead by example, maintaining high energy, positivity, and a hands-on leadership style.
Culture & Standards Elevation
- Be the cultural champion for the location, ensuring every team member aligns with Golf Ranch’s values.
- Continuously raise the bar by identifying ways to enhance team performance, customer experience, and operational execution.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years in hospitality, fitness, retail, or membership-based businesses with a strong focus on sales and customer experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a high-growth, high-performance environment.
- Strong sales, business development, and revenue management skills.
- Experience in coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams.
- Passion for golf, community-building, and customer service is required
