About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and resourceful IT Support associate to join our fast-paced, small team at Golf Team Products, Inc. As a key member of the team, you will wear many hats, solving a variety of issues and providing innovative solutions to help move the company forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement solutions that move the company forward and drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and team members to support daily operations.
- Manage diverse tasks, including eCommerce platform maintenance, website updates, task automation, and data management.
- Provide IT support for internal systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
- Manage and optimize current processes; develop and maintain new processes.
- Adapt to new tasks or responsibilities as the business evolves and priorities shift.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field, with a business focus or background.
- 2 years of experience in a similar generalist role, ideally in the eCommerce space.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Experience with ERP platforms, such as Acumatica.
- Strong experience with data management, task automation, and website frontend maintenance.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation tasks.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Javascript, Liquid, HTML, JSON, Python, C#
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Experience in Acumatica and creating Generic Inquiries, Business Events and/or Import Scenarios.
