We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting multiple projects across a Data Warehouse / Reporting Project implementation utilizing a combination of business analysis and project management skills. The Project Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders including internal teams clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
This role will be a temporary minimum of 6 months with possible extension or hire at the delivery of the project depending on performance.
Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Execution :
Assist in developing project plans timelines and milestones for data warehouse implementation projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for data warehouse implementation projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams clients and vendors.
Create and maintain project documentation including project plans requirements meeting minutes and other project artifacts.
Experience in Data Warehouse PowerBI and Azure data models / processes.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination business analysis or a similar role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies; Experience with PowerBI and SQL is essential.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
