We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant with a deep skill set in Total Rewards, Annual Bonus Process, and Variable Long-Term Pays. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with the client's functional counterpart to assess, design, and develop functional solutions as the project progresses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards.
- Lead the Annual Bonus Process implementation, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and optimize Variable Long-Term Pay structures within SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess functional needs and develop solutions accordingly.
- Support ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting within the SuccessFactors Total Rewards module.
? Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards
? Strong knowledge of Annual Bonus Process
? Hands-on experience with Variable Long-Term Pays
? Ability to work with client teams to define and refine functional solutions
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
