What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr ArcGIS Support Analyst - Hybrid position at Goli Tech?
Assignment
Provide development and technical support (1st 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
Take up development for minor enhancements using Python Angular JS ArcGIS Javascript API ASP .net (C#).
Support ConED Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
Coordinate with other teams like server support security DBA etc

Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support security DBA etc
Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices / lessons learnt.
Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.
Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.

Utility Experience (Plus) : Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industryspecific initiatives.
Windows servers knowlege and experiences
FME Experience : Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
