Managing AD DHCP DNS Print Servers and FSMO Roles administering Windows NT 40 2000 2003 2008 2012 and 2016 Windows operating systems VMware operations Disaster Recovery DR exercises for critical applications and working on projects
Creating virtual machines from VM Templates updating Templates allocating resources and tuning performance of virtual machines maintaining virtualization environment using VMware and procedural documentation and manuals
Executing VM hardware upgrade snapshot management cloning Storage migrations Datastore creations vMotion of Virtual Machines host patching general application patching in VMs and Templates HA DRS configuration and troubleshooting new VLAN creation and P to V physical to virtual with VMware standalone converter client managing Disk Memory NIC and CPU addition to VM
Managing creating file system Disk management and troubleshooting various issues installing configuring Monitoring Backup and Antivirus agents
Troubleshooting of disk space Windows Firewall Networking issues windows operating system backup and IIS issues
Leading maintenance backups system upgrades including service packs patches hot fixes vulnerability management and security configuration issues raised by clients
Coordinating with vendor for replacement of faulty hardware HP IBM and DELL communicating with stakeholder and closing the issues assigned in order to ensure support availability as per agreed SLAs
Conducting architecture requirements assessment software and hardware upgrade
Recommending and implementing service improvements using Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL Customer Satisfaction Index CSI to create improved efficiency and effectiveness
Providing level 3 support and troubleshooting issues within primarily a systems environment verifying change requests and defects tracking and assisting in Incident management Change and Problem Management
Documentation for all the activities procedures according WI DLD and TRD to the company standard
Administer general SCCM 2012 daily administration
Willing to Periodically Work EveningsWeekends to Support UpgradesPatch Mgmt
Provision and support servers for the patch development and QA of applications created by other teams and divisions
Maintain and understand systems regulatory requirements and security interdependencies of hosting systems
Actively participate in hardware and software configuration and change management processes
Provide support for escalated issues from support technicians
Open support cases with external Vendors when required
Perform scheduled server maintenance activities including server activities such as patching
