RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to commercial job sites.
- Ensure all electrical work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage service requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Recruit, train, and supervise electrical service technicians and support staff.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met.
- Foster long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to develop project schedules and scope of work.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for service jobs.
- Ensure all work complies with national, state, and local electrical codes and standards.
