What You'll Do :
- Manage and support day-to-day team needs for one of the most sought-after teams in the agency
- Manage the day-to-day work of the Bridge, Golin's real-time and relevance engine that offers trend analysis, media and consumer insights, and creative inspiration
- Responsible for planning and managing the delivery of influencer risk assessments, leading a team of researchers, upholding brand safety standards and quality assurance
- Provide basic client counsel on tactical matters with supervision and develop activity reports, weekly status update documents, and month-ahead plans
- Manage client expectations by effectively addressing needs in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a strong interest in how brands engage on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram / Threads, X, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Work effectively in a large team environment and collaborate with people of all job levels
- Develop timelines, budgets and staffing plans for all projects and ensure team adheres to them
- Assist with account finances and managing the team's time

Salary Range : $55,000 - $95,000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors : a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
